Our Doctors

A native of Perry County, Dr. LeClere attended Tell City High School and graduated from Perry Central before attending the University of Evansville. He received his bachelors degree from Indiana State University and his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry.

Dr. LeClere has lived and practiced in Tell City since 1977. He has served on numerous boards and civil groups, including Tell City Jaycees, American Cancer Society, United Way, Perry Co. Parks and Recreation, Perry Co. Mem. Hospital Foundation, St Paul Parish, Kiwanis, Port Authority, First State Bank, and Historical Society. He and his wife Leanne (Ringeman) have four children (Laura, Steven, Kristen, and Brett) and three grandchildren (and counting).

A Perry County native, Dr. Labhart attended Perry Central High School, graduating in 1995. He attended the University of Evansville before completing his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2002. While at IU, Dr. Labhart was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society and recipient of a Biomedics Innovative Research Scholarship. Dr. Labhart currently resides near St. Croix, IN with his wife Cindy (Kleaving) and children Aiden and Ava.

Dr. Sisley is a lifelong resident of Spencer County, having graduated from Heritage Hills High School in 2000. He attended Indiana University with a major in Biology and graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2008. While at the School of Optometry, Dr. Sisley was President of the student body and a member of the Gold Key Honor Society. Since graduation Dr. Sisley has practiced primarily in Rockport. In 2017 he was honored to receive the prestigious Indiana Young Optometrist of the Year Award, for leadership and community service. He is past president of the Southwest Indiana Optometric Society. Dr. Sisley is an active member of St. Martin Catholic Church, enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
